Conference Program
TheConferenceconcerns the process of technical project production and is part of the environmental policy framework and commitments of our country for waste management, environmental protection, and conservation of natural resources.
Through our efforts, we aim to provide as comprehensive information as possible to elected officials, public administration and local government personnel, construction companies, engineers, and entrepreneurs regarding the procedures outlined by the institutional framework. Additionally, our goal is to address topics related to the production of secondary inert materials and their reintroduction into the market within the context of the circular economy.
The conference includes three sessions:
  • η The 1st discusses developments in the European and national institutional framework.
  • η The 2nd analyzes the procedures must be followed in the production of public and private projects and will be conducted in a roundtable format,
  • η the 3d session focuses on technological advancements in the production of secondary materials and their usage specifications.
The Organizing Committee of the Conference consists of:

  2. Anna Michou, Electrical Engineer, Development Consultant at ANAKEM SA
  3. Ioannis Nanos, Civil Engineer, Member of the Board of Directors of TEE/TKM
The Scientific Committee of the Conference consists of:
  1. Nikolaos Mousiopoulos, Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, AUTH,
  2. Maria Stefanidou, Associate Professor at the Department of Civil Engineering, AUTH,

The Conference is held under the auspices of the Region of Central Macedonia, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and the Department of Mechanical Engineering of AUTh.
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
